Originally designed by Dr. George Sugai, this world-renowned, three-year series utilizes an evidence-based systems approach proven to foster positive school behavior and improve academic culture.

To maximize success, participating districts should form cohesive teams of 6 to 8 members to progress through a structured training curriculum:

Year 1: Foundation & Kickoff

• 6 full days of core team training
• 2 half days of specialized coaches' training

Year 2: Implementation & Sustainability

• 3 full days of core team training
• 2 half days of specialized coaches' training

Year 3: Advanced Systems & Maintenance

• 3 full days of core team training
• 2 half days of specialized coaches' trainin

Our Math and Language Arts SRBI teams meet several times a year to implement Scientific Research-Based Interventions, working together to improve outcomes across all student populations.

Participants will master the core principles of behavioral theory to effectively address problem behaviors in both school and classroom settings.

• The ABCs of Behavior: Identify and analyze the Antecedent, Behavior, and Consequence sequence.
• Functional Analysis: Deepen understanding of the specific functions driving student behavior.
• Proactive Impact: Learn how applying these basic principles increases appropriate student behaviors and creates a more positive learning environment.  

Participants will discover actionable ways to navigate behavior sequences, with a heavy focus on early intervention and environmental design.
